1. Can I display a welcome or an instruction page before a respondent takes the survey?
Yes. With the Professional and Enterprise plans, users have the option to customize a welcome page. This information will be presented to the respondent before the start of the survey. Use this page as an introduction to the survey or to provide instructions for how to respond.
How to: Within the selected survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Greeting/Instruction Message to be displayed prior to starting the Survey. “check box. Enter your message in the designated text box, and click Save & Next.

2. Can I display a customized “thank you” page at the end?
With the Professional and Enterprise plans, users can customize a thank-you page. Respondents will see this page as soon as they finish your survey. You might also use this page to present respondents with an offer for their next purchase.
How to: Within the selected survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Thank You/Offer Message to be displayed at end of completion of Survey” check box. Enter your message in the designated text box, and click Save & Next.

4. Can I password protect my survey?
With the Enterprise membership level, you can restrict access to your survey to those respondents with the provided password that you created.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Protect survey questions with the following password” check box. Enter your desired password, and click Save & Next.

5. Can I add a logo or an image to my survey?
Yes. The Professional and Enterprise membership levels allow the upload of your logo so that it can appear on the Survey.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Add Picture/Logo to the top of the Survey pages” check box. Click the Browse button, and locate the desired image file. Select your image file, and click Save & Next.

6. Can I set a maximum time limit for respondents to complete a survey?
Yes. The Enterprise membership level allows you to do that. The survey will automatically end once the time limit has been reached. The timer begins at the display of the first question, and the respondent will be able to see the running timer on the top left of the survey.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard. Select the” Limit the time to complete the Survey” check box, and enter the maximum allowable time in minutes. Then click Save & Next.

7. Can I set my survey to expire on a specific date?
Yes. The Enterprise membership level allows you to set your survey to expire at a certain date.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Expire the Survey on the following date” check box, and enter the desired expiration date. Then click the Save & Next button, and the survey will automatically expire on the specified date.

8. Can I set my survey to expire when a certain number of responses have been reached?
Yes. The Professional and Enterprise membership levels allow you to set a maximum number of participants allowed for each survey.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “Expire the Survey after this number of responses has been received” check box. After entering the maximum allowed responses, click Save & Next.

12. Is there a way to expire the survey at any time I wish to do so?
Yes. If you want, you can end the survey at any time you wish to do so. Any respondent attempting to access your survey will get a message indicating that it has expired.
How to: Within the survey, click the Settings tab on the Survey Dashboard, and select the “End Survey now - Results will still be available” check box and click Save & Next.
