•Direct URL (web) link: An auto-generated link that leads directly to your survey. This link can be placed on your website, emailed, printed on your publications, statements, or receipts.

•Customized Button: Tell Vorex Survey what you want the button to look and say, and the software will generate the button HTML code for you. Once you copy/paste this HTML code into your website, any visitor who clicks on the button will be directed to your survey.

•Printed version: Export and print your survey in a Word, Excel, PDF, or HTML format.

•Portal Site: Every survey comes with a unique code. Vorex provides and maintains a portal site that accepts and directs visitors to the code-corresponding survey. Simply request from your customers to visit our portal site to enter the survey code. You can use any of the following: HearFrom.Me, YouSurvey.Me, eSurvey.Me

•Dedicated sub-domain name: Vorex Survey provides its members with a unique and professional sub-domain site that maintains your business image. The site name would be www.VorexSurvey.com/yourcompanyname, and visiting it will lead the visitors directly to your linked survey.


How to: After creating your survey, select the Publish tab. Depending on your subscription level, you will see a partial or complete listing of the available publishing options.

Once you complete and preview your survey, click the Publish tab. From there, choose your preferred method of publishing your survey. No worries, The Publishing tab does not mean something will actually publish it and distribute it automatically. This tab will simply give you all the options you have to distribute your survey.

No problem, you don’t need either. Vorex Survey will provide you with a unique code for each survey. Vorex Survey will also give you access to our general portal site. All you have to do is ask your customers to visit the portal site and enter your code; this will take them directly to your survey. This is a great and easy way to direct your customers to the survey on receipts, bills, statements, marketing materials…… The portal sites available for your use are: HearFrom.Me, YouSurvey.Me, eSurvey.Me


The Enterprise level goes one step further and gives you your own sub domain to host a specific Survey (www.VorexSurvey.com/yourcompanyname) .

Yes. The option of printing your Survey is available for those who would rather hand out a written questionnaire. This could be useful to people with a limited Internet connection, at gatherings, or when passing out surveys in a public place, such as the mall.

How to: After completing your survey, click the Publish tab on the Survey dashboard. From there, select the download publishing format, and then click the “Click here to create a printable copy of the survey” link.

Note: Naturally, certain interactive functions can be performed online only. For example, the Skip, Branching, and Piping logic cannot be utilized when you print your survey.
