1. Can surveys be organized by department, type, or date?
Yes. Enterprise users can create separate file folders to store different surveys based on their categorization scheme.
How to: From the Survey Manager Dashboard (the first screen you will see after you log in), you will find the Survey Files options on the bottom half of the screen. These options list all your general Surveys that are stored outside any folder, as well as folders you have created. You will be able create, duplicate, rename, and delete files there. You can create these access-controlled folders to organize your survey campaigns based on your specific business needs.

2. Do you offer survey templates that I can use?
Yes we do. We provide you with a library of free templates, that we continuously update, covering several industries to help you jump-start the creation of your survey. These surveys are ready to be used, and can be distributed to your customers immediately if you wish to do so. Of course, you can edit the questions to make some customization, such as replacing a generic word (ex. business) with the actual name of your business.

3. How do I create a survey?
It is as simple as it can get. From the Survey Manager Dashboard (first screen after you log in), under “Step 1”, choose if you want to start with a new blank survey or an existing template. Under “Step 2” give it a name. Then click on the “Create” button, that’s all you need to do!

5. Can I rename my survey?
Yes.
How to: How to: From the Survey dashboard (first screen after you login), a listing of your survey files will be listed under the “Survey Files” tab. Simply click on the “Rename” button to the right side of the survey you want to rename, enter the new name, and save it.

6. What do the different statuses next to each survey mean?
Surveys can have one of the following three statuses:
•Open: You have created your survey, but no one responded yet.
•Deployed: Your survey has received at least one response.
•Closed: Your survey has ended either forcefully by you, or automatically based on your expiration settings.
